Mrs. Colonial is an iconic home in Sonoma County, CA. Original construction was completed in 1951, and the project to reimagine and expand her concluded in 2020. She remains on center stage in the middle of 37 gracious acres while retaining all of her original charm and character.

This site was created to share a deep passion for everything homes and gardens. Mrs. Colonial's human, Sandy, is rooted in reimagining interiors and exteriors and has a profound love for animals and nature. You can expect to see her designing and installing everything from tablescapes to entire new rooms both inside and out, as well as creating new recipes.
